'Best View' Information

The Office of Regulatory Affairs Partners Portal (ORAPP) is best viewed through Microsoft® Edge® 9.x or higher, Mozilla® Firefox®, and Google Chrome™. If your browser is older, you may have trouble viewing some of the website features properly. If you are unsure of the version of your browser, you can determine it by following the instructions below:

Firefox – Press Alt+H and click About Firefox
Chrome – Press Alt+F, click Help and click About Google Chrome
Edge – Open the Microsoft Edge web browser. Select the menu icon (…) > Settings > Click "About Microsoft Edge"
Internet Explorer – Press Alt+H and click About Internet Explorer

Note that Internet Explorer (IE) will be retired in January 2022, and Microsoft Edge will replace IE as FDA’s default browser starting January 3, 2022. After that date, ORAPP will no longer be tested for IE compliance.

ORAPP has been successfully compatibility-tested with Edge, and it is recommended that users use Edge, Chrome, or Firefox to reduce compatibility issues.

If you continue using Internet Explorer 11 and experience problems viewing this web site through IE 11 or above, turn off Compatibility View by following the instructions below:

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on the Tools menu from Menu Bar (if Menu Bar is not visible, press ALT)
  • Click "Compatibility View settings"
  • Uncheck the "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" checkbox
  • Click Close
